Returns, Exchanges and Warranty
All items are warrantied against manufacturing defects and we work hard to make sure every item out of our shop is simply top notch. We are happy to take exchange to help you get the right size. If you receive an item that doesn't fit just email support and we'll work with you to get the right size. If you need to return or exchange the item we ask that you include the hang tag in the shipment and repack the item based on our request. We only take exchanges and returns on new, unused and unworn items.
Shipping
All shipping throughout the USA is now free. Most international shipping is free for hats and mitts. We do have an international shipping fee on Black Rock Vests and Rain Mitts simply to insure that each piece makes is safely to your destination. Pricing varies on location so please contact us if you'd like to order a vest or rain mitts. All other gear ships free worldwide.
